Any of you guys change out your main bearing on your crank, and if so where do you get them? LRT? And, do you go with the size stamped into the case like it
shows in the manual? Thanks. Julio

Great question,,,,,, I want to know too. The ones I found from servicehonda seemed awfully high.

....These guys sell them...They are towards the bottom of the page....I don't know if LRT can get them cheaper or not... Maybe he will chime in....

I heard they don't stock those anymore.....someone check that. That price is pretty good compared to the other.

I got them a lot cheaper than that from Honda Parts Direct
$88.60 for the crank bearings and $61.92 for rod bearings

I got mine from partsnmoreonline, or from davidsilverspares.uk can't remember which one......
the dealer wanted $10 a half shell. Really, technically, you should plastigauge the motor.......that will give you the exact dimensions for the new bearings. |

Regardless of the stamp on the case or the colour code . have all things gauged first. That what I did for my 836 total rebuild.
Honda dealer here had all I needed for bearings for like $50-$60
I woke this morning and got myself a beer. yeah,I woke this morning and got myself a beer.
