It may sound shocking, but I'll be he's got close to that much into it. If he's really got $4500 into that paint (which is possible, it's
pretty nice), Ken's moderate motors run $2700, the frame around $1000, etc, etc. It doesn't look like he did anything himself, and if yer paying
someone else for custom parts they add up in a hurry (just ask JPS when eh gets his bill from Voodoo

That's pretty thin air up there! In my opinion, the guy spending that kind of dough wants it made "his way", not someone elses. BUT, compared
to what you get from HD for same money, it is a deal. I think he has the right price on it believe it or not. Just think there is only a niche market for such
since there is no "media" builder's name attached to it.
(BTW, my Voodoo bill is not going to be too too bad. Eric seems to be a great guy with "fair" prices)

Glad to hear it man. Wasn't meaning to put-down a made-to-order bike, just illustrating a point. Hell, when I was rebuilding my vette to get from 95% done
to 100% done cost another $3k. Nickel and dime shit, man, nickel and dime.

No sweat JL. Didn't take it that way at all. Just thought I'd give my thoughts on this guys bike. Looks good though. I'd ride it for sure! I am
being very careful with how much I farm out as it CAN get VERY expensive. I have a certain hopeful plan for that bike (cover of THE HORSE). Besides, I figured
it would be cool to get Voodoo Choppers to go outside the box (something other than HD). This will be his first Honda powered bike even though he is not doing
the complete bike, just some tricky fab work.

gotta hand it to him. He's got one nice ass chop!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to be able to afford to have Ken build me a motor. I'll invest in that before
I buy another car or truck hehe. I want one Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad!!!!! And that is some nice ass paint on that thing too. I'd say it's worth every penny
if not more . ALthough I do believe it would be hard to get that kind of price for it but you never know. Carpy got over 15,000 for one of his cafes last year.

Yeah, but in terms of Hondas Carpy is almost a "big-name builder" in many respects. He hits a lot of shows in a lot of coutnries with his honda
stuff.
And JPS, you're gonna have some competition if I get my bike from Jeromy finished in time |

I'm not afraid to say I think his BIN price is about 11 - 12K too high. Don't get me wrong, it's probably one of if not the nicest CB750's I've seen but let's cash a reality check and spend some of it reasoning this out.
Wish I had more time to rant about this but gotta split. |

dont know how much i have dumped into this thing. but it all adds up. and i know that it was wayyyytoo much. but hey live and learn. is there someone out
