I've seen that test before, and it makes a very valid point. You teach yourself to see other cars, signs, signals, etc. but most people that don't ride aren't watching for things like deer, rabbits, plastic bags, 2x4s, chuckholes, well, you get the idea.

First time I tried that test I didn't see the bear either.

I just took the mufflers off my bagger because too many people just didn't see that big red and chrome thing. Ruined the good looks of the bike, but maybe there's less chance a cager will ruin my good looks.

I'm gonna hit the OL with this one when she gets home. She's finally cooled off about the mechanical aptitude test ( I waited till she was done before I told here what my score was). Should keep me in the doghouse another couple of days and the dogs will be glad.
