Someone posted a while back about a broken EZ-out in a brake bleeder. Here's a way to get one out of a caliper. A chemical called alum will do the trick for you.
1. Remove all other ferrous metals from the caliper body
2. Get an aluminum pan big enough to submerse the caliper.
3. Fill with enough water to submerse the part and boil it
4. Once boiling dissolve Alum into the water until it won't
take any more. (totally saturated)
5. In goes the caliper
6. Boil for a few hours adding water as needed to keep it full
7. The bleeder and ez-out is now just rusty mud and will
wash out!
8. Save that stuff in the pot for future use.
