Well, depends on how big a pan you have, but I can tell you what you can expect.

I mix lemon juice to water aobut 50=50, but in a large pot I dump 3 quarts of dollar store lemon juice, and about the same amount of water, I have a pail of clean water sitting beside it and an old set of BBQ tongs beside me.

I do disassemble the rack, because my pot won't submerse it otherwise. with the parts not to put in, the chrome slides and other brass parts, the little stuff, I don't I put them in carb cl;eaner or lacquer reducer. EXCEPTION TO NOTE: you know those really funky, tarred up racks? Take the bowls off, take the rack down to individual bodies and put them in, do not walk away, do not do anything else that may get you distracted, give them about 15 minutes and see if stuff move a little more freely for disassembly, when you can take them apart cause the crud is softer, pull them out and do it. The reason for not putting the slides in the lemon juice , it will remove the chrome if you are not careful, why risk it? the brass under it will tarnish and gum up easier.

I do not leave the bodies and rack parts in the lemon juice any longer than needed to remove the funky stuff, the tar, the hard to remove gunk.

It is not a catch all, but it will get the gunk, without messing up other passages if you pay attention, IF not, you may end up with one of those sets of carbs that just NEVER runs right. or you may have one of the roughest bodies on your carbs cause the lemon juice, (citric acid) makes the surface rough as sandpaper, inside and out.

take out the floats,jets normal stuff, if the choke slides aren't gummed, leave them in, but do take out the round slide.

once they are clean, shoot em with a light bead blast on the outside, hit them with the good spray in clear. whats the stuff? Duplicolor? make em l;ook good.

Do it outside, has quite the aroma, do not boil, only simmer, little bubbles, and check them once in a while.
