went in to cycle re-cycle to talk to rob today about some stuff... he mentioned there is or was a chopper shop here in indy that used to build weld on hardtail
kits. anyone familiar with them? i cant find anything online... he said they used to make the "grasshopper" front end. any help would be appreciated,

Have you tried Ardcore? John builds quality stuff. He's over on the west side, I believe.

There are or were two places over by the track. One was south on Lynhurst just a bit, then east along warehouse row. The other I'm not sure of but was
featured on the TV show Chopper Build Off. He was the dude that made the front forks out of laminated metal with lots of holes, I believe he did the frame that
way too????

He's probably talking about Kool Kraft because he mentioned the weld ons and the grass hopper front end..

awesome, thanks guys. ive got a friend building a 550 chop and hes lookin for a hard tail section. hes taller, so he needs something a little longer than what
hes ridden and seen on other bikes. i tried to get him to cut up his 750... but hes got plans for both bikes i suppose. thanks again.

I was at Jeromys shop a few weeks ago to collect on a deal gone wrong. I don't think he is activly working on anything at the moment. He did make right
with me but I honestly wouldn't send anyone his way unless, like Java said, you can carry it out the door with you.
