motor, kick only, exposed torque converter, yada yada yada, good bike. My new ride is complete(without the dry clutch set up for now) so this one goes.
Craigslist is a pain-- "dude, will you trade for my 76 pinto? or Man, I love your bike but can you take payments for the next 6 months, or cool ride yo
can I trade you a pound of weed for it??!!"".. Crazy people. Really would like to find someone with an ok stock bike to trade plus like $1500 as long
as it goes to a good home. Thanks

hey treeracer, do you have any 'up close' shots of your torque converter cover? did you fab that cover or did you buy it somewhere? that's a sweet

i know another i like it post,and no buyer....sorry man...that bike has got some sweet smell to it...you know how when you have a hankering for something,like
a good ol a&w rootbeer?you can smell the rootbeer before you even crack the draft!!!...well that bike is that for me when it comes to chop design...nice

Thanks all, yeah the stock cover was just machined until it looked right. I've done it to my last three autos, but this one the most that I've ever cut
off. I'll try to get a close up tonight, its got 2 different lace patterns on it. No, its a different bike than I had in auburn, that one now lives in Las
Vegas. And the only reason I'm selling it is just because I've had my fun with it,however, the most important reason I'm selling is that it
doesn't fit my riding style. Sure it handles well in the canyon and I've clocked it( with my gps) at 97mph and it is fun, but I can't really ride
it like I'd like to. I'm more of an---- in/out of traffic then down a dirt bicycle path, up across the kiddie park grass, do a donut or ten then maybe
go sliding sideways in the parking lot---- kinda rider. With the chop I just wouldn't want to scrape the paint or chip the chrome, just to puurrdy. thanks

it's a stock cover cut open, but it's got a blue plexi over top, just wanted to see if it was formed or just bolted on flat. sorry tree, this will be

No worries. So, there is no blue plexi cover, the blue that you're seeing is the actual torque converter that is painted cobalt blue spec. My iphoto is
giving me an attitude or else I could link a photo for ya. In the pic that sasquatch linked in post#8 you can see basically whats been done,however, that one
was my first attempt and has much more metal left on it. The checkers on that bike were/are the torque converter which spins when the bike is running, same
with the my chop, but I laced the top instead of checker board...........I'll work on the iphoto to get a pic up.. ........And yeah,2 hookers and the 8
ball, better toss in a 12 pack of Sierra Nevada to help out. A bag of weed, some people. The guy just asked if I was up for trades,which I sometimes am, and
then says he has 1 pound left over from his crop!! All I could think was that he was DEA or just a REALLLLY dumb drug dealer..
