How odd is that..?? lololol.. Paint and all .. still the sam e .. I'd say $1500 is a plenty good buy for that..

If the guy would have known that it was in Street Chopper...
He could've made the trip to the 40th Anniversary Shindig and had a 30 year old, survivor feature bike.. Those are, no doubt, few and far between..

Shit, why does this ALWAYS happen. Just bought a rusty, crusty Kaw POS with some saved up mad money when I COULDA had this classic!
I tried to buy what was probably the best un-restored 78F in the Western Hemisphere out of there in Scottsdale a few years back. Alan Shivley's son was all lined up to transport it back to Texas for me. The CRAIGSLIST SELLER screwed me. I suspect the same thing would happen here for me again. |

MickD just told me that he called the guy to ask about it... It seems he means that he'd like at least $1500 cash with whatever you trade him.. if you were to trade .. He's asking $4500 for the bike.. That makes a little more sence ...

Yeah, I just got off the phone with him. Nice guy, the bike is in good hands, it seems. You couldn't build anything that nice, for 4500.

If you do buy it Jon ...
You could use Allied to ship it.. They pick the bike up where ever it is.. and do everything .. The seller would just have to get the bike in his driveway.. not do anything.. Thats the only shipper I've used .. and they are really good at it..

Tommy, do you remember what it cost you the last time you shipped a bike with them? I'm gonna contact CrazyCats and see how he got JaySco's
denver's shipped to Ohio. Only thing with that is trusting the dude enough to ship it and not just run with the money. I might be better off getting a
board member to do the deal/ship it for me if it comes to that, maybe he ain't too far from Paladin? I wanna see what he'd take for it in straight-up
cash.
