if it has round top carbs on it no it does not have an accelerator pump

Negative, the stock '76K carbs do not have an accelerator pump. I'm rebuilding my 76k engine right now, and I'll be running the stock carbs, which
are the early style design. Its the 77-78 carbs that have the pump. The only difference I ever noticed with the pump on my '78F was that there was no
stumble when you cracked the throttle wide open below 3000RPM in 1st gear, whereas the early carbs did have the stumble.
