well it's a stock frame someone hardtailed.
edit... if you clean off the neck on the left side, is there a vin under there?

neck says CH-75514 that's all. motor says CB750-2318496 which indicates its a 1974 right? The guy I got it from thought it was a Ron Finch because of the
footpegs and tank shape and all the bondo work on the frame welds.

Seriously doubt it is a Ron Finch creation, seems like if it had a springer on it that would be a Ron Finch too, he likes to do that with his stuff. alot of guys did molding back then, it was considered the "right way" to dothings then.
