With hondachopper.com's popularity picking up so much in recent months, we've had numerous members coming forward making different items available with hondachopper.com on them as well as GOTF.
We feel it's now time to make some ground rules:
First, we want to say that Daddyshatz did come to us to ask for permission to do the back patches, but that wasn't a blanket approval to produce everything and anything……
The GOTF namesake is for use by the GOTF itself and is not to be used by anyone else. Currently, the GOTF is limited to 17 members and GOTF stays exclusive to them.
Items with hondachopper.com and GOTF are to be exclusive to the hondachopper.com website and have ADMIN approval.
Items are to be kept to a minimum in order to protect desirability - it also keeps these items special to their owners.
These items will be listed on the gear page. Nothing else will be allowed.
On occasion you will see some items like patches, headbands, stickers, etc…that will be available in different forums for different events, but these will be special items done with ADMIN approval.
There's a reason we haven't gone crazy with the hondachopper.com moniker on lots of different items - hoodies, fanny packs, coffie cups, pens, pencils, etc., but that's not what we're about. We want people to KNOW what hondachopper.com is. It's about the camaraderie. We want to keep this place on the same level as it has been: A place to hang out and discuss what we commonly share….the HONDA 750
If anyone wants to put hondachopper on their bike…or make t-shirts with it on it….we can't stop you….You just can't offer them here.
