ron, this is jeromy from koolkraft. to be honest i am really upset about the way you handled our transaction. i understand you not being happy about the quality you got. but i immediately refunded you your money and had arranged to make things right with you. after all of that you still continued to bash me and run me through the mud here on the board. you never stated that i had refunded you immediately but instead you just told how much of a shitty job i did. i have 2 boxes ready for you but i want you to understand that idont appreciate the way you handled it. i will be sending you two new boxes by tomorrow. if you choose to pay for them or send the old ones back is up to you. you do what you feel is right. thank you, Jeromy www.kool-kraft.com 317-501-8083

First off Jeromy, I haven't bashed you at all..I had legitimate complaints about the crap that you sent me.....It's not what I paid for, you've already admitted that, Why you allowed it to even go out the door to a customer is beyond my thinking. I knew about your track record fro the many complaints over the years on the board, but I gave you a chance anyway. That's what us Chopperheads do, we give the benefit of doubt to those who have been known to do excellent work...At times...even though you allow you ass to overload you mouth, as Daddy used to say. I think most folks here just want what they paid for in a timely matter.....speaking of matter.....Does it matter to you that you have delayed my son's bike build? You have the audacity to Pm me saying that you're upset with the way I handled our transaction? Come on Now.....We wouldn't be in this situation if you had sent me better quality shit like I was promised when I hit the but it now button.....thanks lets talk again soon....
