So I've been welding my new frame together all last week. But today I start on it again. I was welding for a good hour or so then I stop to chat with the
old lady. Then I started it up again. So when I flip the switch and begin to weld this buzzing / shaking sound coming out of the welder and then it all shut
down. It over loaded my circuit so I had to go and my circuit breaker to reset it. Then I readjust the power level of the welder to the lowest setting. Then I
start it up again.... the same thing... buzzz / shaking and shut down and blew the circuit again. So now I don't know what is going on. Last week it was
welding fine at any settings. I am tempted to open up the welder to see what is going on, but I just want to get an idea from you guys first. I have a MIG 85
Amps with 4 power settings. Anyone ever experience this before???
