He said in his first post that they were synced which I missed in my first post...ooops...If you have a set of sync guages though I think I would put them on and with the bike at an idle open it up just enough to make it do what it is doing and watch the guages and see if they stay pretty even or one or two get outta wack....If they stay pretty even and you are sure there isn't a vacume leak then it has to be something else like carb adjustment, or maybe the float levels are too high and it's loading up and idleing slower, then when you give it gas and it clears it's throat it will idle faster...till it loads up again....Just a few things to check.....
