the" jig " i made/use is a combination of a jig an a frame table..
its a 10" pc of channel w/3 square tube headstock,,youll hav to work with the steel , to be sure its straight an true.
ive made frames on it an a shit load of hardtail frames for several differnt kinds of bikes..
it helps a whole lot doing hardtails,, as most stock 70's frames arent very straight to start with an most have been beat or thrown around,wrecked,,etc..
the axle fixtures i made are univeral to adapt to just about all the frames ive done..
i like this type of jig better than the fancier erector type u commonly see hd/v-twin mtr frames built on..i find it easier an friendlier to use

beats the hell outta makin one on the floor with chalk lines or clamped in bedrails,,etc..
