Float droop? This is the lower limit float setting (full open) and is separate from the typical float setting (fully closed). There is another tab that rests on either the back of the float post or the back of the float needle seat that limits the amount the float can drop in the open position. I usually just hold the carbs upright (bowls off) and sight down the rack looking for any that might be different than the others. If the float doesn't drop much it can restrict fuel flow. It's usually best to remove the float to bend this tab for adjustment. Usually requires a couple tries to get it just right if adjustment is required.
