Hey...I thought I better reply to some of the comments.
Misterhighspeed; The switches are to change the timing curves for the Power-arc ignition. The belt drives a supercharger...the alternator isn't shown in this picture. The alternator pulley also tensions the belt.
Imabass; You are pretty close to the costs
El Wayno; Correct...you just need one electrical signal every one or two engine revolutions to trigger the injectors. On a bike this is usually taken from the ignition.
Cntrhub; Yep..it is all in the programming. A dyno would be perfect.....but when you are a redneck canuck...you run the bike up against a table...hook up the laptop ....and collect data for future tuning.....
