Ok good info. I did set the floats last year or the year before. But i set them to the gasket seat. Which now i find is wrong. I did alot
of checking and i found that i'm having some compression issues. My comp. readings are 150 140 150 155. So the bad cylinder is the 140. I was this was after 13 kicks. if i kicked the bike 7 more times i got the comp to 140 to 150. I checked my valve lash and I was able to get a .009 under the exhaust tappet. So as we know thats three times more than it should be. I'm hoping that this is what the problem is. So i'm going to set
the ex valve to .003 and hope that corrects the problem because I really don't feel like tearing this engine down for the hundreth time lol
