It'll bolt in without new mounts..
The one problem you'll have to deal with is the offset of the drive chain..
The 77-78 motors counter shaft sprocket sits 10mm (about 3/8 inch) farther out than the earlier models.
You'll need to either space the sprocket out .. or get an offset sprocket to line the chain up
Also.. the 78  630 type counter shaft sprocket won't have the correct mounting holes to use on the 75 motor..
They changed their mounting system in 77..
So.. you'll probably need to change the rear sprocket to match the 530 sprocket on the 75 motor as well..
