Strange spot but could work. Only thing I would worry bout is having a million degree turbo next to my gas tank. Probly won't light up but may get hot enough when parked and shut off to blister the paint right off. You could put turbo low and mount oil cooler high. They make all shapes and sizes of those. I like the traditional spot down low. Only problem is getting it low enough to make a decent header but high enough to get the oil to drain back to pan without a pump. Not sure where you exhaust is going after turbo. Need to figure that one out.
