I have a set of lowering blocks... decent to me, but I know very little about lowering blocks. Disclaimer... someone else was looking for lowering blocks recently and it was recommended that this type not be used for fear of the shocks bending due to the angle of the shocks. It was recommended that short shocks be installed instead of lowering blocks.

If this is what you're after I can probably get them off by the end of the week... $25 shipped if you want them. I'll take PayPal or Post Office money order.

Actually.. my post warns that the particular ones that put the shock mount behind the axle are prone to bend your shocks..

I'd never use them...
They seem to allow the shocks to bend some..
It might help me some personally if I'd drop a hunnert or better..but riding two up can create the problem as well..
(I'm always riding two up... even when I'm alone)
The very worst kind are those that put the shock mount behind the axle..
Not only that.. but by lowering it with these.. you still are using 30 year old shocks an they now tend to bottom out easier..
You can tell when the shocks bend.. that top chrome cover will eventually drag across the shock springs..

Using lowering blocks with short shocks will not work with a stock frame...
You're tire will hit the cross bar all the time.. even if you only weigh 100 pounds..
Even if you modify the frame to clear.. more than likely the bike will bottom out on full compression..

Build it the way you want it ..... then learn how to ride it like you own it..
