Fair warning, I do everything by hand, so time might be a factor I cannot abide by lol.

Basic run down....

I cut to shape my flat stock then curve the edges with a big set of pliers.

I use a torch for welding these because it gives you even heat throughout and makes a thinner weld.

I over shoot the end measurements so as to weld on fittings on each end.

Cap one end, then attach to a stainless braided brake line attached to my hand pump that is attached to my garden hose.

Believe it or not the garden hose alone will start the steel moving. Then it's time consuming from there.
