I used 1.625 .065" wall stainless steel welded seam.

MAC uses .049" wall. Thicker pipe sounds less "tinny"

Hydroforming is welding flat sheets together into a sealed pocket....imagine a deflated whoppie cushion. Then they use hydraulics to pump the sandwich up like a balloon. Common is one off 2 stroke expansion chamber fabrication.

I wouldnt bother with it for your 750. Too much hassle and too dangerous for someone who doesnt know what they are doing.
