The Magnuson plenum you're thinking of is for the Drouin/Magnuson supercharger setup. It's a big finned triangle that has an inlet on the left pointing out from teh side of the bike. The S/C sat there and was belt driven from the alternator side. The ATP turbo intake looks more like a POSA single-carb manifold. It's a log that attaches to all the head inlets and in the middle is a large carb inlet. It points the carb at the oil-tank on a chop. Worked for the Rajay draw-through setup by bolting the turbo sideways to it and pointing the carb to the right.
