They've both been rebuilt sometime in their life then. You lucked out as long as them and the nozzles are in good shape.

Stock needles if untouched probably would have been aluminum alloy stamped 15A with one notch for the clip. I am running PD42s (78F) on both my bikes and they still had the stock needles when I rebuilt them. The first set that would have been more than 20 years ago.

My suggestion is tune them from the bottom end up as the idle circuit is always feeding. The PD series are notorious for running lean at the bottom end. If you are running pods and open headers and not at least 2-1/2 turns out on the idle screw chances it is lean on the bottom end.
