Sugar Bear runs a dual spring setup as I recall, with inner and outer springs. There is relatively little travel to them because the axle sits so high compared to the rockers. The actual pivoting of the rockers is similar to a stocker because of the configuration of the rockers. It is not too hard to line everything up for a 0" trail setup if you have the bike sitting perfectly level and have the wheel you plan on running. Just a matter of putting a bar through the neck (in place of the trees) setting the axle perfectly above the intersection point on your measurement and designing the rockers to hit those points. I have a set of his rockers (or similar) to fool around with but they won't work with the style of legs I use on my springers.
