There's these spark plug wire splicers from NGK:

BUT the the stock wires tend to go bad right where they exit the coils, so these wouldn't address that problem.

You could also score some DOHC coils, they have replaceable wires but different impedance so you'll need a balancing resistor.

GL1000 coils also have replaceable wires and should be a direct swap.
