Honestly for such a small job. And the fact that the kickstand has to be mounted well and spread out stress. It should be done by someone that has a bit more experiance than the very first thing you weld.............Took me a couple of years to learn to weld well.....My first whole year was like wow that heald? lol...

A cheap 100 dollar mig welder will do most anything on your bike. I wouldn't build a frame with it. But to do add ons and parts is fine. But to run the risk of damaging your tigman frame. You should find a buddy or a shop that can do it for you. Just get the kickstand you want and the mount and show them the lean you desire by propping the bike up at that level and where you'd like it placed. And they could do the rest. Not alot of work and or time.
