This is what I think it is... ^^^^^ given that you checked everything else... I've had bad experiences with Continental brand tires coming out of the factory with a mis-formed bead and you could never get it to bead right... also, something about putting a tube (as necessary for spoke wheels) in a Tubeless tire can cause problems in a small percentage of them some of the time...

Could also still be that the tire wasn't balanced correctly - if it was balanced on an electronic machine... those things have to be re-calibrated once in a while... Some shops get a little sidetracked on that detail...

I thought about neck bearings too, loose or what-not... but that is usually more of a wobble or side to side swerving shaking problem... less of a "bounce" - But it's worth checking out...
