You're right .. If you do this .. you'll only need 2 rear bearings .. and yes that bearing in the cush drive is a bit larger than the hub bearings .. on a stock drum rear hub ..

If you do have a local bearing house close by .. by all means thats the best place to search .. Pluss they'll be able to treat you better on pricing too .. as they're all distributors ..

Front bearings (stock) are .. 15/42
For the Front/Rear hub..You'll need a bearing thats 20/ as close to 42 as you can get .. McMaster Carr shows a 20/47 as well.. But the 20/52 should work without a prob. You'll need to cook up a center spacer as well..

They do come as kits .. but I always just get the bearings separatley,, I just bunched them together ..
