Piece of cake really .. I've done it a few times..

As mentioned earlier.. make an ally spacer with holes bored and tapped just enuff to accept the 6 bolts from the disc on the other side.. Then machine your centering lip and 4 tapped holes for the srpocket on the other side .. just make sure these holes don't interupt the ones from the other side.. I'd use stock dims for the Honda sprockerts .. so you have an assortment of sizes available..

Then I'd use something like a sport bike rear caliper.. unless you want to pop for one of those spendy aftermarket jobs .. Broems are good and not too much .. But many times you get a Brembo when you get one from a sport bike .. and cheaper that way ..
