It's been done before... It's kinda a long long long super raked front end sort of thing of the 70's I think... where the front suspension IS the flexing of the tubing itself... I can't seem to find where on the web I've seen the pictures, otherwise I'd post 'em to give you some Ideas of how to do the lowers...

I would suspect it would have something to do with crushing/pressing the ends of the tubing flat and making a hole through that - because with that kind of tension/punishment you probably want the forks to be continuous pieces and NOT separate end sections which would increase your odds of breaking them off under load - and with that, you'll need a smaller front axle set-up - like an old Harley 5/8" axle wheel or spoolie... (disclaimer for when you get hurt: these are not facts, just my mental ponderings on how I think it would be done)

Seems pretty sketchy to me - I don't care what metal you're using - even airplane landing gear has been known to snap off - given enough time and metal fatigue, that set-up is going to fail in a very hurtful sort of way... but you're the 'bag-o-bones' that's going to be riding it, Go for it... you can always change it up later... but make sure to post your maiden voyage ride video here if you do....
