The cheap ass oil is good advice, the high mileage oil is not. one of the additives in most high mileage oils is teflon or some other friction modifier which will fuck your clutch up bad. to the point of needing new plates.

Just flush the system with the cheapest crap you can find, then do your final fill with a good synthetic made for motorcycles.
