Hey Scott, when you're feeling up to it, EMail me. My EMail is in my Bio. Let me know how far you are from I-75, Down Town Detroit area. I'd be happy to make a Road Trip this Week-End to visit with you. May-be see if RoadKill or 73Coupe are available too. Sometimes I guess my ass being knocked out years ago for over 13 hrs, was better than the pain I should/could have felt. One minute you're riding your Bike down a Country Road late at night, next thing you know, you're waking up in a Hospital ICU, being told they were able to save your leg! Or, you're having some kind of pain, so you go to the Dr, next thing you know you're taking Chemo! Life is SO unpredictable sometimes. The only thing for certain is, Time is the great Healer. So the longer you can hang in there, the better it will get. Both my Parents had to go through Chemo Treatment. Years apart, and for different things. My Mother for Lung Cancer, back in the 70's. It actually helped add several years to her life at the time of her Treatment. My Dad was also able to live another 20 yrs, after his Chemo Treatment for Prostate Cancer. I've seen first hand some of the side effects of Chemo. BUT, I've also seen the results too. This time next year, it'll all be just a bad memory. I'm just glad for you that you were able, and willing, to get the treatment in time. I know that right now, it's sort of like going thru a painful Divorce that you don't want, ( been THERE too!) and everybody telling you things will get better as time goes by. But it's true. EMail me ANYTIME. We can talk more. I work days, 11-7:30 PM. But I'll check my EMails after work. Let me know if I can bring you anything. a cold Beeer, recent Bike magazine, ect... Listen to the Dr's, and hang in there. Good Luck
