None of us got much sleep if any this past week. I had 3 hours sleep in 3 days trying to getter done in time. Had to pull my carbs off my bike to get it running right. As James' carbs that we thought were rebuilt weren't. They are all outta wack and leak out the rails really bad. But it runs like a grape ape.... Still have a few minor things to finish up... ie. rear brake line a bit long as is clutch�cable and front brake needs installed. And we're gonna add some pinstripes soon. But for the most part it's done and think it turned out pretty nice.....Our friend Casey who works with us in the shop painted it all up by himself in just a few days as well. All sanding done by hand too.� Could not have pulled it off in time without him. And James even though he was hurting pretty bad from his surgery still stayed out and turned wrenches as much as he could.� The grin on his face when it started up for the first time was like a 16 year old kid in a whore house.......... Posts: 239 (05/14/08 10:17 AM) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	Well I will say all the work goes to Mike and Casey I have been laid up not allowed in the house for a week since I had another back surgery they have been doing a great job getting this bike going to stay on track with the deadline. Most of the parts I am seeing just like you in pictures but what i have seen is great looking. I plan on doing a thread of my complete build start to finsih soon to show what we did on the ground up build. Just getting some color added ot it now and getting bolted back together... We're working as much as we can getting her done. And james is actualy doing his carbs in the house....... Told him to rest and heal but he's got it in the blood just like the rest of us. Casey is responible for all the paint on it. He's been a huge help this past couple of weeks getting it finished up too. Hoping to start it up sometime saturday and have it in the show on sunday morning. Gonna lose a few hours of wrenching time as I have to work at the bar saturday night too grrrrrr lol..
