Question for anyone who knows. I have a 78 that I want to hardtail. My brother gave me, I think its a 74 frame. I want to kinda use it to mock up a hardtail for mine, at least cut it up to see what I need to do on mine. Are there any differences that I need to know about between the 74-78 frames? I know the swingarms are different but that itself doesn't matter. Any part of the main section that is different. Oh and I may have a 74 swingarm for sale when I am done, possibly a neck also. He said something about titling the frame though so I need to see what he meant.
