Need a complete rear wheel for a '74. Need it to be 16". Needs to be spoked. Don't need tire. Mine pretty rusty. Need one in pretty good

It's not that no one has a wheel, it's more like so many people are wanting one. The decent ones (not rustbuckets, warpies, or bent) go
quickly.
Just in the very recent posts: One, Two, Three There are a couple that crop up now and again that are pretty nasty but the asking price always negates a possible sale. 
It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.
Most people say what they'll do. Very few actually do what they say.

IMHO, the best bet is to deal with LRT and his wheelman. He can get you the rim, different $tyle spokes, different nipple$, have your hub chromed and laced.
You could also try fleabay. Houndoggie is correct on all counts.
