i dont know about the revs.....when i had a tach it was like....7, 8000 maybe....but the tach that i had would bounce.....so i dont know the
accuracy.....speedo i had would bounce too. i have no speedo or tach now. but when the speedo was around the 80 mark the motor was screaming man. i pushed
her a little more but i was getting a little nervous......in a good way......with a big smile. me i like the 17 48 tooth set up. i like to go quick....not so
fast. 65 70 mph is perfect for that setup i think. motor hums nice and you got instant power without downshifting. but i have not ridden anything else, so
i dont know what too compare too.

There's a nice program you can get for free that will help you guys out, it's called GearCalc. Here's a screen shot of my 75 CB750F, it's stock
except for the rear rim which is a 16".
http://i88.photobucket.com/albums/k184/woogaus/GearCalc.jpg and here's where you can get the program http://www.ironjungle.com/ or you can post your info and I'll run it for you.

Oh, that's cool. That will definitely come in handy as I've got no speedo and have no clue what rpm in what gear equals what speed.

It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.
Most people say what they'll do. Very few actually do what they say. |

I've got an older version than they have posted on the site, so I doubt mine would work for you, besides you can get the code for free by answering their
survey question.
