180 I believe ..
Anything bigger would need a jackshaft..
Build it the way you want it ..... then learn how to ride it like you own it..

you want to run something that wide you are going to have to spend spend spend to make it fit, not going to work! unless you are blowing a machinist

To get even a 180 behind a SOHC requires a 10mm offset front sprocket. Anything over 200 can't be done without either offsetting the motor or putting in a
Jackshaft. A totally stock front sprocket on a '77 SOHC motor will only take up to 150-160 I believe. And that's all with a 530 chain. I *think* you
can get a 200 behind a SOHC with a 520 chain and an offset front sprocket, but I know that when I talked to Red about 200 tires he said they just offset the
motor 1/4" on all their 200-series frames so it'll definitely clear.

Why do you wanna go that big anyhow? A 160 or 180 is a nice looking tire on the back of a bike. Anything larger almost looks funny and out of place. Are you
wanting to do it just because everyone else is doing it right now to? Big fatties dont ride that nice, dont turn worth a damn, and are really expensive to
replace. Think about it before you jump on the "I want a 330 rear tire" bandwagon.
