I went and looked at the photo of the bike. Gathered my opinion and left and came back over here.
He starts his post out like this.... "Here ya go....Im almost done...I want to ride it" Hellfire everyone knows that "here ya go" really stands for "whatta ya think" So he lays it out for everyone to throw their 2 cents in and god forbid someone rain on his parade. JLeather, you got no need to appoligize, everyone was throwing their opinions and you threw yours. Anytime you post a pic out there for the world to see your gonna get bad press and if you cant take the heat stay the hell outta the kitchen. Do I like it? No not really. I'd take the motor and tranny and throw the rest of it away.(my 1st opinion) Then there is small part of me that says change the seat up a little so that I can take my kids or my ole lady for a scoot every now and then (my 2nd opinion) But someone on this website has a signature that reads something to the fact -- If you try to build it so that it means something to everyone else, it means nothing to you -- or something along those lines. To me that says it all. I have made changes to every bike that I own. My son is making his own decisions on this chopper that we are working on and I am not going to effect his way of thinking cause he is the one riding it. When I pull in somewhere and people look at my big ass ape hangers, someone always ask me if I am out of my damn mind or is that comfortable or some other silly question. Me and the boy rode down Saturday to meet SKIN and he took a look at my ride and now he probably thinks I am some kinda nutjob after looking at my stuff. We had a great visit but at the end of the day I am the one that has gotta throw my leg over it and ride it home not -anyone else. To each his own but when you ask someone what they think (although he really didnt but we all know he really did)..... be prepared to take a little.....or maybe take a lot. But JL dont leave their site, dont delete your post, you threw your rock.... no since in running up in the yard and getting your rock back. later Big Joe |

That bike is as ugly as a hatful of assholes. And its a shame, cause it looks like
a lot of quality work went into it. The people dissing your opinion are blind morons. Fuck 'em. They wouldn't know a good looking bike if it bit 'em on the ass. They're the sort of imbeciles who're easily distracted by shiny objects, who think that just cause its got nice parts that its a nice bike. They probably think Paul Jr. is a great bike builder. That posting and PMing shit is the kind of crap that drove the chopperunderground board down, I hope it doesn't happen to JJ, theres some great builders and some great bikes on there.
