this is horrible news!!! I'm sorry to hear this... I saw this from one of RedMav's last posts ... this is a quote from him "I love it here and will do everything I can to give back to the community that has taught me so much about my bike. " we're all pullin' for him! Tell him (yes he can hear you) that the hondachopper brothers are pulling for him ... you reading to him is really important ... you might feel like a dork wondering if he can hear...but they say they DO hear and it keeps the mind active... plz keep us posted! I'm also sorry for you and him and his family too. Keep talking to him. Sometimes they can hear you even in a coma. I've heard stories that a kiss from a loved one and even a loved one's teardrop landing on their face can bring them back from that state. Most importantly, don't lose faith! He really needs you now. So many posts from all of you. Thank you so very much. He talks about this place a lot but usually I just brush it off as him being his usual gearheaded. Oldhemi (if I remember correctly) I'll be looking for that first thing tomorrow. Everything is in boxes so I'll have to drive out to his shop and look through it all. Thank you very much for the picture. You have no idea how that helps me. I don't know anything about motorcycles except how to ride on the back. Some of Joe's friends pointed out to me that there was a post at the top of this forum. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me get these things settled. I must admit that this is all a little too much for me. I got an update today about his condition. I suppose I should be posting that there instead of here? There are still a lot of things in boxes. His buddy shawn gave me a list of things but the only things marked HCMF go here? Is that right? A fender and head. Shawn says they go together? Something about machine work I'm not sure. Anything on that would be helpful too. Again thank you all so much for your support and I'll be telling him everyday that his friends are pulling for him. |
