I have riddin in rain on 2 continents and Canada too :D with my K&N Pods and NEVER had a problem with them.
For example: I ran from the heel of Italy to Holland on a banzai run. Hit rain from Perugia until I got to Innsbrook Austria. Rain stopped, I pitched a tent and woke up to 2" of snow. Ran through the rainy Alps into Germany. I had to stop somewhere in Germany at a hostel that had hot running water. I just walked into the shower with my cloths on and backpack. Next freaking day started out sunny and then hit rain all the FUCKING way to Rotterdamn. 800 miles in 3 full days of rain and no problems with the pods. Was I just lucky, or was it my hunkered down riding position, or GOOD pods, or a combination all of the above?
Note: Very cool hostel. They let me bring my bike right into the lobby. The hostel was part 14th century castel and part modern addition with plumbing. I was too tired to worry about the damn vampires.
