tennessee (if that is where you got your citation) is a state that gives a person driving a motorcycle positive defense for running a malfunctioning traffic
signal. click here then click on the tennessee folder on
the upper left hand side. find title 55, click. find chapter 8, click. and then go to subchapter 110 (55-8-110). should be some good info there for you.
let me know ifn this doesn't work or if you have and other info. don't know what your record is or what the circumstances were, but it may be worth
fighting.

well It showed me blowing thru a red light, tried to stop but it was to quick...50 bucks to pay it out or add 69 bucks to fight it....ain't gonna win here
