Use a coat hangar with a piece of string attached. Fish through. Tie to wire end and pull through. Works everytime.

I use compressed air to blow a string through (just block off any holes that will divert the flow of air away from the one you want the string to exit), then I
use that to either pull the wire through, or pull a leader through, which is usually a piece of bicycle brake cable (the inside wire only, of course).
I olny the wire cable when pulling a number of wires through at the same time. I have found string has a tendency to break on tight corners if there is any resistance to the wire moving through. I used this method to pull the wire harneses for a set of chromed harley clone controls through a set of LA choppers knockoff z-bars on my bike. talk about a bitch of a job |

I've done pretty much the opposite of Chopperfreak, but the very same principle. I use a shopvac to suck the string through, then use the string to pull
the wires.
It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.
Most people say what they'll do. Very few actually do what they say. |

weve ran string thru like 150-200 of conduit in sum warehouses in Ft Worth with conduit guns... thats where we got the idea of just tyin string on a small sponge ball,
stuff that thing in the frame, and put compressed air to it... course ya gotta fish it out wherever ya need it.... but it works like a charm.....

I used very thin welding rod to do mine And fished the rod through before painting so I didnt booger up the paint later poking around in the holes, just
attached wires after painting and pulled. Worked like a charm

I fish .020 stainless wire through the frame and pull the wire with that. It won't break like string.
