Loved it. 60's were cool for sure. I lived through it and I'm glad I did. It was for sure, a better time for EVERYONE.
One thing the movie didn't mention: the Honda CB750 introduced and here we are, still working on them and chopping them.

That was great, Fifties and Sixties were some good times, and
some bad times, depending where you were at the time.

I've got a question for the old foogies out there....
If everything was so great during the 50's and 60's and you all had the perfect upbringing, why did all the kids you had during the 70's and 80's have such a reputation for being good for nothing fuck-ups, and why did everything turn to crap on your watch? 
Or is it that since all you had to worry about was riding your bicycle and getting home in time for dinner, you didn't notice all the bad crap going on around you (like fear of nuclear war, jazz musicians and their evil marajauna, Kennedy banging anything with tits, and the end of the local economy - made in Japan became pretty popular then!), and that if you had the chance, you would have spent your days looking at porn on the internet, nad your nights looking at smut on cable tv?

And another thing, I for god dam, sure didn't cause the problems, that are going on in this country at present, the next few years, are going to make the Sixties look dam good. But I guess your right, I don't really remember much of it anyhow. LOL Later noschool35 |
