Will have to retune the carbs and hopefully find some 2" ID turnout extensions to bring the pipes out farther. Where they end at makes that big ass solo
AND my buttcheeks vibrate. Unnerving to say the least.
Tried to post earlier but SkrewKu was up-down-up-down and kept getting their default "crap, we're trying to fix it" image. Got bored with that. Guess I'm just in one of those cantankerous moods. Set up a filter so when they try to serve that image I get THIS ONE instead. Looks right at 100%
It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.

Hey, what cam are you running there? Certainly does not sound stock. 836 kit as well? I like the lopey sound. It's all business.

LOL. Mufflers are for nice folk in nice subdivisions. Neither applies to me.
I wouldn't mind a little backpressure at higher rpms. It offers a little more HP on the upper end, but only a little backpressure is needed. I lost a little power on the top end taking the "mufflers" off, which are in reality not mufflers but just over baffled. If I can find a way to yank most of that out I think it would be just about right. The bagger is bone stock end to end motorwise, 736 with stock cam. There's a tweak or two on the carbs so I can tune them to lower rpms at idle. Those will be coming off and a set of 77/78s will be going on and the ones on it will go to a new home once I replace the iffy casting.

I like the chug-a-lug that comes with your idea of lower rpm tuning. Really cool and sounds like a hot rod. Something to keep in mind for sure. It does however
sound very healthy when you rev up as well. Thanks for sharing the video clip. How much is it selling for?
