I lost a phone to that. I called GM about a recall on my Jimmy. I had to select a language, and that in itself annoyed me. Then (after a 25 minute wait on hold to Barry Manilow which already had me fuming) for the life of me I couldn't understand the guy that answered (Bob???) so I asked him what the English phone number was. He replied it WAS the English phone number. I told him bullpuXXy if his name was BOB, and second ain't no way that gibberish he was spewing was anything close to English. I then stomped the phone into itty bitty pieces. When the OL got home I had already calmed down and told her the dog ate it. The dog got her butt chewed so to make it up to her I bought her a steak the next day and explained to her that she would just get a buttchewing, where the OL would have whooped my ass.
It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.
Most people say what they'll do. Very few actually do what they say. |

wouldnt expect that place to change their language for me!
