will a horseshoe oil tank fit in a stock 750 frame

doubt it, depends on the size of the tank though. youll probably have to do some cutting, either on the tank or frame. I know a cylindrical tank will fit.

I've never seen one that will fit .. The hex, octagon or the round tanks are the way to go..
Build it the way you want it ..... then learn how to ride it like you own it..

There is a horse-shoe stye made to fit the 750 frame, I know becuase I have one.
I think they are made by SB&F for their hard-head style bikes. I think maddaego had one too. |

Shit, I still have the tank
I'll try and get a pic of it for you. It has tabs welded on it to fit stock mounting spots, but one has been cut off. I have seen them before, but not too often. |

Its obviously just hung in there and not mounted up, but here you go. If it is a home-job, it is a damn good one.
