I'd try some fingernail polish (watered down acetone) in an obscure spot to see if it reacts with the floor. Choke and Carb spray might. Gas will for sure
but might dull the shine.
It was Honda first, all through the middle, and if I have my way, till the end as well.
Most people say what they'll do. Very few actually do what they say. |

If the spot aint too big smear it with orange hand cleaner,,, dont rub it in. Cover it with some plastic for a few hours and that should soften up the paint
enuf to clean it up. Then stop painting parts in the kitchen.

How about some 3m adhesive and wax remover?
I`ve used it on cars to remove pin stripeing ect, and it did`nt hurt the clear coat, or shine at all.....
