Go to a part store and get some disc brake quiet. The stuff I have is orange and it comes in what looks like a glue bottle, its kinda like a silicone. Put it
on the back side of the wheel side pad, not the one in the caliper itself. I used it and it stopped until recently when I took it back apart. Now I need to get
some more.

A little bit of high temp grease on the BACK side (calliper side) of the pads will sometimes help with squeaks and chatter.

Additionally, the manufacturers almost always recommend resurfacing the disk when replacing pads to help with the break in. When I change pads, I usually give
the disk a quick once over with a scotchbrite disk on the die grinder to scuff up some of the polish. Stainless steel sucks for brake disks - and it sucks
even more if...

I use a wire wheel on a grinder/drill to rough up the pad...it'll flick out the some of the little metalic flakes that are on the surface, also I use a
grinder to chamfer the edges 45 degree, just slightly..that will help quiet squeely pads, that 90degree edge against the disc can sometimes cause a squeel.
just knocking off that sharp edge will help.
